Become an Excellent Charity Leader ~ Funding and Revenue Challenges ~ Turn Enterprise Challenges into Growth Opportunities ~ Become a Talent Strategy Champion (Succession planning and recruitment) ~ Leading a Charitable Vision and Staff (Effective management of your charity) ~ Vision and Strategy Leadership (Setting accurate goals, KPIs) ~ Innovation and Change Management ~ Your Growth as a Charity Executive ~ Incubate Future Executive Leaders ~ Handling Burnout and Mental Health Needs ~ Managing Leadership Blind Spots and Complexities ~ Approaches to Building Strong Workplace Cultures ~ Overcoming Market and Organizational Challenges.
The Forum members will be polled and final topics chosen based on the relevance to the members.
The forums are intentionally arranged like a boutique community of charity leaders with a limited and vetted membership in order to support intimate groups who know and trust each other, and are intentional about renewing their leadership.
Our forums act like an executive peer advisory board composed of approximately 12 members able to challenge one another in candid, goal-driven discussions to increase both their leadership abilities and their organization’s effectiveness.
Your group of peer advisors will meet in person during regularly scheduled monthly meetings, will discuss "burning issues", will have "hot seat" times to address specific topics, and will discuss many topics that help you lead more effectively.
Leadership events will be occasionally held featuring some key Thought Leaders from the social sector. Executive coaching is also available.
These are some of the outcomes members can expect from participation in a Charity Leader Forum.
See personal growth from confidential discussions with other senior leadership peers to the beneift of your organization.
Learn to recognize enterprise risks and turn them into opportunities for growth in your organization.
Become adept at planning for leadership team succession to ensure you are never lacking the people needed to deliver on your mission.
Grow in attracting, retaining and developing the most skilled leaders critical to organizational success.
Unlike a governace board, advisory boards allow for more transparent discussion to identify changes that must be made.
